Registration and Payment Instructions

1. Complete the registration form at the bottom of this page or e-mail Terrie Byrne at tbyrn2@uic.edu if you have any questions.

2. Pay the $800 fee

by credit card, with our secure website:

by check payable to the University of Illinois, include a copy of this form and mail to

4. You will receive a registration confirmation packet with course
details and map by email within 5 days of payment.

General Program Information

Participants must be 18 years or older
I-20s for the F-1 visa are not issued for the Chicago, Communication, and Culture Program.

Refund Policy

If you notify the Tutorium before June 12, 2009 you will receive a refund of $700.
No refunds will be issued after June 12, 2009
Credit card refunds can be processed immediately
Refunds for check payment may take 6-8 weeks
If the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, all registrants receive a full refund
