Pilsen Industrial Property Inventory
Fall 1997
With the many available industrial properties and the newly established
TIF district in the Cermak Industrial Corridor, the Pilsen community has
the opportunity to attract new industries and jobs to this area. Eighteenth
Street Development Corporation (ESDC) has taken the initiative to bring
this opportunity to reality. ESDC requested the services of the City Design
Center to assist in identifying and developing a database of industrial
properties in the Pilsen Industrial Corridor. Specifically, the City Design
Center researched information on property ownership and parcel size, which
ESDC then incorporated into its marketing literature.
