Dominic Molon currently serves as the Pamela Alper Associate Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. At the MCA he has curated and organized exhibitions such as Wolfgang Tillmans (co-curated with Russell Ferguson); Trials and Terrors; and Stalemate, among others. His current project, Sympathy for the Devil: Art and Rock and Roll Since 1967, will open at the MCA in September 2007. Molon has published essays on Douglas Gordon and Phillipe Parreno, Wolfgang Tillmans and Paul Pfeiffer; and has contributed to multiple surveys of contemporary art. He received his B.A. from The University of Illinois at Chicago and his M.A. in Art History from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Molon presents a lecture titled “For Those About to Rock”, a meditation on the intersection of rock and roll and contemporary visual art.
