Tom

 

Tom is a 28 year old male who was injured at the C5-C6 level in a diving accident. He currently uses a manual w/c but has poor grip strength (due to his injury). Tom is fully independent in all ADL's and is employed full-time. He drives a customized van. Tom has no cognitive, verbal,or visual limitations. Tom currently lives in a home with his parents but is looking forward to living alone as soon as he finds suitable housing.
