Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Finance

The Department of Finance invites applications for one or more tenured or tenure-track faculty positions beginning August 2012. This is an open rank, open field position.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The position will encompass research and undergraduate and graduate teaching. Applicants at the assistant professor level must have a Ph.D. completed or near completion and a strong potential for quality research and teaching. Applicants at the associate or full professor level must have a Ph.D. and an excellent record of scholarly research and teaching consistent with a senior-level faculty appointment.

ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY: UIC is a Carnegie Doctoral Research Extensive University located in downtown Chicago close to the derivative exchanges and other major financial institutions.
