The department of information and decision sciences offers study in the areas of information management, operations management and business analytics.

The following degree programs are offered:

• BS in Information and Decision Sciences
• MS in Management Information Systems
• MBA with concentrations in Management Information Systems, Operations Management or Statistics
• PhD in Management Information Systems
• PhD in Business Statistics

Integrated Curriculum

Our coursework is designed to develop integrated skills in the following areas:

• Conceptual foundations and Functions of Core Management Information Systems.
• Quantitative statistical methods.
• Specific technologies used in the management of operations and the supply chain.

Combining business and technology, IDS training prepares students to take leading roles in the new digital economy. IDS graduates have unlimited options for technology-centric business careers that range from the strategic and managerial (business analyst, consultant and e-commerce specialist) to the technical (database administrator, network specialist, statistician and program developer).
