IDS 517 Enterprise Application Infrastructure

Catalog description The course explores the choices available for building an enterprise applications infrastructure. Topics such as advanced applications design, and development, tools, methodologies and technologies will be covered.

  • Application modeling – Analysis and Design of enterprise applications using objects and components

  • Emergent architectures, frameworks and approaches for enterprise application development and integration

  • Issues in infrastructure implementation - Security, Scalability, Reusability, Application Inter-Operability, Migration

  • Current trends in enterprise application infrastructure
