Networking, whether formally or informally, will help you make those vital connections necessary for career placement and advancement. The INFORMS student Club hosts many professional and social events, such as the Career Fairs, Information Sessions, Workshops, Annual Meetings an d many more.

Being an active member of the INFORMS student Club will help you explore different opportunities of the MIS profession. Therefore, by attending presentations and meetings, you will hone your communication skills and explore the different avenues that may be right for you. The INFORMS student Club is a student-run organization which helps prepare students for their careers. We encourage all MIS students to become members, get involved, and take advantage of our resources.
