Brief Biography
Jia (Jasmine) Hu is a current PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at University of Illinois at Chicago. Her current research interests focus on understanding 1) leadership including relationship-based leadership, and leadership behavior styles such as servant leadership, 2) teams including team processes and team effectiveness, and 3) the integration between leadership and teams. Her work has been published at Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and the Sage Handbook of Leadership.
