Commencement

College of Business Administration Spring 2009

When:  Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 9 a.m.
              The number of guests is unlimited for the Pavilion ceremony. No tickets are required for this event.
              The ceremony will begin promptly at 9 a.m. and is scheduled to end by 11 a.m. If you plan on attending               one of the receptions after the ceremony please allow for more time.

Where:  The UIC Pavilion, 525 S. Racine, Chicago, IL

Who:   All doctoral degrees; master’s degrees in accounting, business administration, management information             systems, real estate; and bachelor’s degrees from the following terms:

    • Summer 2008 graduates
    • Fall 2008 graduates
    • Spring 2009 candidates for degree

Receptions to follow the ceremony:

    • The PhD and graduate student reception will be held in the Student Services Building, which is located 1200 W. Harrison Street. Graduates may bring up to three guests.
    • The undergraduate student reception will be held in the reception tent, which will be located just east of the UIC Pavilion on Harrison Street. The number of guests that can attend is unlimited (no tickets required).

Invitations for the spring 2009 Commencement will be mailed as follows:

    • PhD and graduate students: Mid-March
    • Undergraduate students: The week of March 30

It will be necessary to confirm your attendance.
