PhD Seminar

UIC, through the Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies, is one of first universities to offer a doctoral seminar class on entrepreneurship research. The course is offered once every two years and provides a forum for teaching tomorrow's entrepreneurship professors the historical and current state of entrepreneurship literature. It is also further evidence of our commitment to high-quality research, as students are required to identify and write research papers on "gaps" in entrepreneurship literature.
