A Chicago Biomedical Business Plan Competition to be held at UIC (Re-posted 5/12/2008)
MBA Technology Ventures Program teams HeartSounds and BioRegenix will take on teams from the University of Chicago and Northwestern in the upcoming Chicago Biomedical Consortium Business Plan Competition being hosted on the UIC campus May 30 (exact location TBD). The competition, which is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m., will be judged by a panel of venture capitalists and experts from medically-oriented entrepreneurial ventures who will determine the $10,000 grand prize winner based upon each team's written business plan, 15-minute presentation and 15-minute Q&A session. If you are interested in attending the event, please RSVP to Holly Griffin by May 15. Good luck to both teams.
