February 15 – Fall semester entry November 1 – Spring semester entry
July 15 – Spring semester entry March 15 – Summer semester entry (MBA Only)
PhD Programs:
January 1 – Fall semester entry

Master in Business Administration Application Requirements (top)
- Completed Online Application
- Non-refundable application fee ($60 - Domestic / $60 - International)
- Two copies of official transcripts from all post secondary institutions (sealed, hard copies required)
- Official GMAT score (please include a copy with your supporting documents). Please indicate that you wish to have your scores sent to University of Illinois-Chicago: Liautaud Graduate School of Business: MBA, Part Time or MBA, Full Time.
- Two letters of recommendation (may be submitted online or sealed hard copy)
- Personal Statement (may be submitted online or hard copy)
- Current Resume (may be submitted online or hard copy)

- Official TOEFL score- school code 1851 (please include a copy with your supporting documents)
- Declaration of Finances Form and Financial Support Documents
