Student Services at the Liautaud Graduate School of Business
The LGSB Student Services Team oversees a wide range of academic and student services activities for the MBA, MSA, MIS and MRE programs. We are the primary source for academic-related questions and answers, and in helping students navigate UIC Liautaud policies, procedures and requirements.
In our effort to create a positive and productive experience for all students, the UIC Liautaud Student Services Team asks that students be proactive in working collaboratively with our Team for the duration of their program.
Advising
The LGSB Student Services Team works directly with students on many academic-related matters, including the following:
- Academic planning, counseling and support
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Academic standing, graduation requirements, academic warnings and probation
- Changes in status, including leaves-of-absence
Additionally, our office also serves as an important link between students, administrators and academic departments. We work with many other essential departments around UIC, including the Office of Admission and Records, the Office of Student Financial Services, the Veterans' Affairs Office, and the Office of International Services.
