Tom Bothen of CURE Talks about Restaurant Real Estate
The Chicago Tribune interviewed Tom Bothen, associate director of the Center for Urban Real Estate, for a story on a Lincoln Park restaurant that is losing its lease.

In November, the UIC Real Estate Group and the MBA Association hosted an energy symposium entitled, "How to Effectively Incorporate Energy Strategies to Achieve or Grow Profitability." The event featured speakers Lori G. Brown, president of Brown Real Estate Advisors, Craig Sieben, founder and president of Sieben Energy Associates, and Sara Beardsley, senior architect at AS+GG who is leading the modernization and greening of the Willis Tower.
