2) Provide (2) letters of recommendation from a school official or employer excluding the CBA undergraduate programs staff

	Polk Brothers Scholarship	Nine (9) Awards $1,000 each	Full time student All students eligible regardless of class standing Preference for economically disadvantaged 3.0 GPA
	Dorothy L. Huck Memorial Scholarship	Two (2) Awards for Incoming Freshman $3,500 * Up to four students (three [3] renewable) are eligible to receive these awards at $3,500 each, providing they continue to meet the criteria.	Two incoming freshman are eligible with an approximate ACT score of 23 Must be graduates of Sullivan High School Current students must have matriculated from Sullivan High School
	BAC Scholarship	Four (4) students $2,500 each * Only four (4) students at a time may receive this award. They can be continuing recipients providing they meet the criteria	2.75 GPA ACT composite score of 25 (if incoming freshman)
	Caterpillar “Homeland Security” Scholarship for IDS	One (1) $2,000 award for a student in Information and Decision Sciences interested in and involved with academic studies relative to the security industry and homeland security.	IDS Major (Graduate or Undergraduate) Yearly forms (provided by Central Development) to be completed by each student and submitted in Fall 2006. 2.8 GPA
	CNA Scholarship	Three (3) $5,000 awards for continuing students who will be seniors during the 2008-2009 academic year, providing they continue to meet all criteria. Three (3) $5,000 awards for two new juniors ---- another $5,000 each is available for their senior years	US citizen, IL resident 3.0 GPA or “B” equivalent GPA Must be Information and Decision Sciences Majors
	Caterpillar Scholarship	Seven (7) students $2,500 each	At least three (3) minority/women Yearly forms (provided by Central Development) to be completed by each student and submitted in Fall 2006 Sophomores, juniors and seniors eligible 2.8 GPA
	Security Traders Association of Chicago (STAC) Award	Three (3) students $4,500 * Past recipients may re-apply providing that all criteria is met.	Finance majors only Second semester Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors eligible 2.5 GPA
	James L. Doti Award for Excellence	One (1) student $950	Must be CBA Economics major 3.5 GPA or higher Sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students eligible
	David and Karen Zucker Scholarship	One (1) student $500	Must be a business Major interested in media, entertainment, publishing, software or information industries Sophomores and Juniors only may apply 3.0 GPA
	John and Pamela Diamantis	One (1) student $8,500	ACT composite score of 23 or higher African American male Demonstrated financial need Renewable when recipient remains in good academic standing
	ComEd Scholarship	Two (2) students $3750 each	Preference to Latino/a students All CBA majors eligible Renewable Good academic standing
	Kuczmarski Innovation Scholarship	One (1) student $5000	Entrepreneurial Studies Major Good academic standing
	J. Fred McLimore Memorial Scholarship	One (1) student $1,100	Two letters of recommendation All CBA majors eligible Not renewable Good academic standing
	Accounting Scholarship	Eight (8) Awards	Full time student Accounting Majors 3.0 GPA Must have completed Acct 110 & Acct 111
