  Use this form for requesting to take a course at another college.

• Transfer Credit Petition
  Use this form for requesting to use course work taken at other colleges.

• Course Repeat and GPA Recalculation
  Use this form for requesting to repeat a course and to use the GPA recalculation policy.

• Course Overload Petition
  Use this form for requesting to take more than 18 hours during the school year or more than 12 hours during the summer session.

• Late Drop Petition
  Use this form for requesting to drop a course after the registration deadline.

• General Petition
  Used this form for most requests not specifically listed on other petitions.
