- In September 2006, Entrepreneur magazine and The Princeton Review named UIC's undergraduate entrepreneurship program ninth in the nation.
- U.S. News and World Report ranked several of the CBA's undergraduate programs in 2006 - entrepreneurship 17th, finance 22nd and accounting 28th.
- Crain's Chicago Business ranked the Liautaud Graduate School of Business MBA program fourth in the city among programs accredited by the AACSB International.
