Online Appointment Scheduler

Login to schedule appointments online.
Please click here to login

NOTE: i) If you are first time user, your password is your UIN. Once you enter the website for the first time, make sure you change your password to keep your login secure and do remember the password. ii) If you are accessing the website from EPASW Lab, please make sure to use Mozilla Firefox.
iii) If you are unable to make an appointment online, please make a note of any error message number and description of the error that is generated and communicate it to uicbusiness@uic.edu.

Schedule an appointment
A student can setup an appointment with their assigned advisor using this system. Every student has been assigned to an academic advisor and a career advisor.

  • Click on the option 'Schedule an appointment' and select one or more days that you want to view the availability of the advisor you want to meet with. [Use the ctrl key to select multiple options].
  • Select the activity and the advisor for the appointment and click 'Next'.
  • On the advisor availability screen, you can view the available slots (the green areas) of the advisor.
  • Select the advisor and the date you want to meet the advisor. Then select 'Set appointment' tab.
  • After the appointment is set, you can select the option, 'View/Cancel an upcoming appointment' to see appointment
  • The system will display an error message if you try to setup an appointment with the advisor's off time (the grey areas).

View/Cancel an upcoming appointment

  • Select the option 'View/Cancel an upcoming appointment' to see the appointment you have just made.
  • Later, due to unavoidable circumstances if you want to cancel your appointment, you can check your appointment and then click on 'Cancel appointments tab.

NOTE: Please be sure to read the policies associated with the organization's cancellation, no-shows procedure before you cancel an appointment.

Log off

  • Once you are finished, you can exit the system by selecting 'Log off' tab in the menu.
