The prerequisites for this course are two courses in financial accounting. Usually the first one is called "Principles or Financial" (Actg 500 at UIC) and the second one is called "Intermediate" (Actg 502 at UIC) and one course in finance (like Fin 500). If you do not have these prerequisites, you can still manage the class if you are willing to put some extra effort. Please talk to me before and The following files (with questions and answers) are useful if you are not sure about your intermediate financial accounting topics. Please review them to prepare for the course
