Due Class 4 MS Access Practice
IF you do not have a working knowledge of  MS Access download this file Access Practice File Ch01 and use the in-class handout to learn the basics.  If you already know MS Access you do not need to do this homework.
Notes on downloading this file:
To use the Access file you must download it to your computer.  To download it, RIGHT CLICK on the file and "Save Link As" in Firefox, or "Save Target As" in Explorer and save it to your computer.  If you LEFT CLICK on the link, you are attempting to open the file in your browser, which will result in a page of nonsense characters appearing on your screen.  RIGHT CLICK to download and then open the file in Access.  Of course you have to make sure that you have Access loaded on your computer.  One other thing: when you download use Explorer, the file may be renamed in the process of the download.  Explorer may save the file with the file extension .htm.  If this happens, rename the file extension .mdb before you try to open the file in Access.
