The class starts on Mon Jan 09.

There will be no book for the course.

You have to access a lot of papers, standards, data, reports.  Printing all the stuff will leave a huge carbon footprint.  I have cropped the margins od all readings so that you can print 2 pages per side.

A better option is:  get a tablet or laptop that can access the web and display pdf files well and bring it to class every week.  Bring it to the class on the first day and I will give all the materials for you to copy in a flash drive.
