General Article Questions - Report Format

At the top of the first page please put the table in 593 Reports.doc.  It has four items: Your group number, the names of team members, session number and; title of the article/case.  Restrict all submissions to two pages (10 point, single space).120109

1.  To understand the results of the paper what background facts should a reader be aware of?

2,  What are the research questions addressed in the paper?

3.  What time period is the data is drawn from? Are3 there any reasons for the choice of the time period ?

4.  Where is the sample drawn from?  How big is the sample? Are there any subsamples?

5.  Describe one descriptive statistic or data that you found interesting

6.  Describe a main test and what the authors found?

7.  Mention a major limitation of the study.

8.  Mention one other related research question for the future suggested by the authors.

9.  You suggest one other related research question for the future.
