One of the questions Ms. Wax asked was “How do you deal with challenges?” This is what inspired my piece. The brick wall symbolizes the challenges in my life and the bomb in front of it represents the fact that I always overcome challenges somehow. The lion that appears to be biting into the wall is also a representation of strength and overcoming obstacles. This assignment was a great way for me to express myself. Since the art was inspired by a response to a somewhat personal question, the product allows others to become acquainted with the personality and or state of mind of the artist.
