Having problems with Blackboard access? Here's what the power that be
over at Blackboard Central have told me:
- if they used BB in the past, have them use their netids as username and
their old passwords as their password
- if they are new users use their netid as username and the last 8 digits of
their SSN as their password
- if they are unable to login using these tell them to visit the password
changing utility on-line at: http://passwords.accc.uic.edu
If that does not work they can visit a CSO
consultant in 2267 SEL to have their password reset.
