Nice
going, Stout..... NOT!
Looks like I'll have to try
my shot at knocking down the 3-0 Pansies.
Can't wait to see the pics here.

When: Tuesday, May
24th, 2005
Where: Casa Stout
Why? Because Elves were made for smashin’
The Midway Monsters met the Harlequins on the pitch for
the second time this season. It was a beautiful day for
Bloodbowl, there was grass, a ball, and some willing
victims for sacrifice to Nuffle. The Harlequins, fearing
possible scars, wisely chose a second Apothecary using
their inducements. The stadium was filled with 64,000
screaming fans.
I took poor notes on this game, but Stout can fill in
the details. The theme for this game was “Goblins
can’t pick up the ball”

The first scrimmage
The Harlequins won the toss and elected to receive. They
picked up the ball, made a pass, and drove deep into the
Monster’s defense. On the ogre’s turn, they
attempted a three-dice block on the catcher, rolling
nothing better than a push. Using a reroll, the results
were no better. On turn two, the elf easily dodged in
for the first score.
Kicking off to the ogres, the ogres smashed some elves
but the goblin failed to pick up the ball. The
harlequins dodged away while the ogres smashed the
hapless elves. Finally, on turn seven, Fonda LaFemme
made a run requiring four dodges to make the score 2-0.
One elf was taken out of the game, while an ogre and a
goblin were casualties.

Don't they look small....andy tasty.....
The second half was more of the same. The elves
remembered how to foul, but could never really seem to
hurt the ogres (damn that toughness ability!). The
goblins continued to fail to pick up the ball for a
record nine times! An elf lineman was hit so hard that
he ended up with a niggling injury. At the end, it was
Harlequins 4, Monsters 0.

The Harlequins attempt to pick up a loose ball and score
The harelquins earned 50K, but lost a fan factor. The
ogres also earned 50K and remained at their current fan
factor. |

Nice pictures,
report, and great Elven font on the one with
"Agility 5, bonehead!".
BTW: Damn Stout, you need to get into 40k so we can see
some of this magic in the Battle Reports!
How about winnings and new tean values?
