It was a beautiful evening for Bloodbowl. It was the much favored Harlequins vs the new expansion team Heracles' Bain.

The amazons won the toss and elected to receive the ball.

Right away there it became apparent that someone had greased the ball...

It was pretty ugly out there. The Harlequins pushed an amazon blitzer Aella into the crowd. The crowd caused a injury of -1MA.

Then the Elves (Pandoras Boxx & Champaign) proceeded to score by the end of the 1st half. Harlequins 2, Heracles' Bain: 0

The second half went badly for the Harlequins

Heracles' Bain did a total of 6 injuries (two by the crowd including a death)! By the end of the 2nd half Heracles' Bain
was able to score the tying TD.

This was what it looked like for the beginning of overtime...

10 amazons vs 5 elves. But wait, what happened during the kick-off?

The Harlequins were almost able to score an impossible TD. An Champaign leaps over two amazons, grabs the ball in multiple tackle zones, dodges twice only to fail a Go For It into the endzone for the winning TD.

The ball bounced into the crowd. They played catch with another
crowd section before throwing it almost into the arms of an amazon.

With only three players vs the Bain's 10, it was inevitable. Heracle's Bain recovered the ball and marched down the field to score the winning TD. Final score: Heracles' Bain 3, Harlequins 2. Next game for the Harlequins is going to be tough. They have multiple players out as well as one dead player. Fortunately they made 80K to Heracles' Bains 70K.

To add insult to injuries and to get revenge for the hurt amazon, the girls fouled for a total of 8 times. One amazon was almost sent off but a little wiggle of a$$, jiggle of jugs and with a heafty bribe, the ref ignored the foul.

Highlights:

*Having four Blodgers (player with both Dodge and Block) who were effective.
*Getting six casualties against the Harlequins
*Coming back from a 0-2 deficit
*Being able to do some fancy footwork to tie the score in the last turn of the game.
*Die rolling that was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Hit an elf, KO or injure an elf.
*Pitch Invasion 'Stunning' none of the Harlequins and most of Heracles' Bain, including the 'zon next to the ball.

LowLights:

*As good as my rolling was Mike's rolling was horrible. Only time he was able to injure an Amazon was early in the game when he knocked one out into the crowd.

Great pics Phil and faggity captions and fonts of course!

Your amazons are painted very well!! You will need to add some blood splats on them after they play the Cowboys though.
