Little Blue Fuzzy Critter's Classroom Buddies program

Yup, there's nothing worse than arriving at the end of a lecture only to realize that - what had seemed the whole hour to be on everyone's countenance a look of mesmerized comprehension - was actually an expression of horrified, dismayed perplexity. Oh dear! Surely there must be SOMETHING I can do to make my esteemed friends in ChE 312 feel more comfortable about asking questions. But what? Hmm... Got to think... What to do?

EUREKA! That's it! I'll get four of my little furry friends to be the official ChE 312 Classroom Buddies. At the start of lecture, each Classroom Buddy will be assigned to sit on a different student's desk. The whole hour he will encourage that student to ask at least one question on the material or homework. Please note that - come the end of the hour - if no question was asked by any among the four students in question, the corresponding Classroom Buddy will have failed in his/her mission and will take it very, very hard - requiring at least two hours of diligent consolation from all the crying, sobbing, whining, moaning, sniffing, etc. (Those little critters have been deliberately hand-picked for being high strung and emotionally hypersensitive). It's just more time-efficient to ask that one question. You'll be happy, your Classroom Buddy will be happy, there won't be any time wasted on consolation. Really, it's better this way.
