EveryWare for the Palm was designed to allow you to stay in touch with
your office and patients, no matter where you are. You can download
appointments, phone numbers, prescriptions, tasks, and postop calls
directly to your Palm compatible handheld1.

Schedule
The Schedule displays all appointments exported to the handheld. Each
appointment's Start Time, End Time and Patient are displayed when
viewing appointments for a specific provider. When viewing All
appointments, Patient is replaced with the Provider on the
appointment.
To view more information for an appointment, select the appointment
and click the View button. The View Appointment window displays the
date, time, patient name, home phone number, time units, chair,
provider name, and type of the appointment. |

Phone Book
The Phone Book feature displays phone numbers for laboratores,
pharmacies, providers/staff members, and referral recipients. Each
entry's Name and Phone Number are displayed on the list. The list can
also be filtered by each available entry type.
To view the details of a phone book entry, select the entry and click
the View button. The View window will display different information
for each entry type, but generally the name, address, phone and fax
numbers, and e-mail address will be shown. |

Prescriptions
The Prescriptions feature displays patients with active (not expired)
prescriptions and the drug prescribed to them.
To view the details of a prescription, select it and click the View
button. The View Prescription window will display the patient name,
drug name, refill information, dispense amount, the date prescribed,
the expiration date, the pharmacy, and the rx and patient
instructions. |

Tasks/PostOps
The Tasks/PostOps feature combines tasks and post op calls into one
area. To view one or the other, click on the Type drop down arrow in
the top right corner of the list screen. |

You can create a new task by clicking on the New button. The New Task
window will display where you can enter new task information. Subject,
due date, provider to assign to, private, priority, and status can all
be entered from here.
To edit an existing task, select the task and click the Edit button.
To view postop call details, select the postop call from the postop
call list and click the view button. Due date, time to call, patient
name, phone number, and description will all be displayed. |
