Instructions for downloading PDF Versions of Class
Schedules into Pocket PC.

1. Go to the web page with the class schedules and choose PDF version.

2. Save the PDF version to your desktop PC as a PDF file. Choose the “save as” icon in the PDF window and not from the Internet Explorer icons. Name the file and save it to your hard drive .

You can either
manually move this PDF file from the desktop PC to your Pocket PC once you have
synced the two
devices. To do this, click on "Explore" in the AcitveSyc window. This
will allow you to see all the directories in the Pocket PC. It is best to
create a folder called “PDF” in the Pocket PC in which to transfer the PDF
files.
-Or you may save the PDF file, or for that matter any type of file, to have it
automatically transferred from the desktop PC to the Pocket PC whenever they are
synced. To do this, you must first locate the Pocket PC sync folder on the
desktop PC. This will be found as a folder titled "Pocket_PC". Place any
files you wish to transfer to the Pocket PC in this folder and it will
automatically transfer these files to the Pocket PC device.
4. Now that the PDF file is in your pocket PC you'll need a Pocket PC PDF viewer. This can be obtained free from the Adobe Acrobat site. http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrmobiledevices.html
5. Download this program and install it in your Pocket PC.
In the Pocket PC, open the acrobat Pocket PC viewer and it will list all the PDF files in your device. You may now select a PDF file you wish to view. Be sure to turn off the "reflow" setting to view an intact table! To accomplish this, if you see that the table structure of the PDF file is not intact, tap on the PDA screen. A small circle of red dots will appear followed by a text box. In the text box be sure that the "reflow" setting is not checked. You will now be able to view be intact table. By pressing lightly with your stylus on the screen you'll be able to move the table around for viewing.
