Note from the instructor: Please read all of the web pages for ECE 310 very carefully. All homework, reading assignments, and other course information will be given within these pages. So it is important that you read and know what is on these pages. There is no need to print this material. These pages will always be available through the entire term. Any changes, additions, or corrections to these pages will be noted on the Messages page. If you find any errors please let me know by email so that corrections can be made.
Do you want to get a good grade in ECE 310? Be sure to review notes from lecture regularly. Try to make up practice problems that are similar to the examples done in lecture. This helps tremendously. Many exam problems may come directly from the lecture notes and homework problems. Do not "cram" for exams in this course. You must do as many practice problems as you are able on a daily basis. You must also practice the recommended problems from the text and any other problems you can find. The students who get the good grades in ECE 310 are the students who do the most practice problems. The concepts covered in this course are not difficult. But you can only learn to apply the concepts by doing practice problems. So, I want you to practice EVERY DAY.
