CLUSPAC (Cluster Analysis Package) is a package of computer programs for cluster analysis. It includes programs for both ISODATA (similar to K-Means) and clustering by the Gaussian finite mixture-model.

Gaussian Finite-Mixture Model Clustering

Clustering univariate data

common variance: MIX1CM

Clustering multivariate data

common covariance matrix: MIXPCM
with a range of numbers of clusters: MIXPCMA
different covariance matrices: MIXPDT
with a range of numbers of clusters: MIXPDTA
ISODATA
These programs perform clustering by ISODATA (K-Means without drift).
CLUSPAC is part of a suite of programs called ISOPAC . A User Manual for CLUSPAC is available in ASCII text or Microsoft Word.
