Laboratory: Turn in incisor dissections; continue to carve incisor; draw canines; **Incisor Practical ID Quiz**

Laboratory: Turn in upper canine carvings; turn in premolar drawings; carve lower premolar; **Incisor/Canine ID Quiz**

Lecture: Variations in Tooth Morphology (CJ)

Laboratory: Dissect upper and lower premolars; **Practice Canine/Premolar ID Quiz**

WEEK 10

Lecture: Teeth in Function; The Life History of Teeth (CJ)

Laboratory: Turn in dissections of upper carving; turn in dissections of upper and lower premolars; carve upper premolar; **Canine/Premolar ID Quiz**

Lecture: Morphology and Terminology of Molar Teeth Part 1 (LK)

Laboratory: Turn in upper premolar carving; draw molars

WEEK 12

Lecture: Morphology and Terminology of Molar Teeth Part 2 (LK)

Laboratory: Turn in molar drawings; begin carving the first of two molar carvings. The first of the molar carvings will be done with the assistance and guidance of your laboratory instructor. The second and final molar carving will be done 'on your own' with no instructor assistance. It will be turn in and graded separately.

Lecture: The Deciduous Dentition; Deciduous and Permanent Molar

Comparison and Contrast (CJ)

Laboratory: Dissect upper molar; dissect lower molars; continue to carve first of two molars; when ready begin to carve second of two molar teeth (this last carving is done on your own;**Practice Molar ID Quiz**

Lecture: Biomechanics of the Supporting Structures; Review X-ray Film Series (LK); issue instructions and study guide for the Final Examinations

Laboratory: Turn in first of the two molar carvings. Continue to do the second molar carving on our own; issue serial sections of the mandible to each lab; **Molar Practical ID Quiz**

WEEK 15

Laboratory Final Tooth ID Examination; complete and turn in for grading all remaining laboratory assignments

Laboratory: Turn in molar dissections; turn in your final molar carving in an envelope for grading; check with your instructor to determine that you have all work turned in and that all quiz and laboratory entries are correct.
