• Transmembrane domain (especially membrane spanning regions) has highest homology to LHR and FSHR
  • Extracellular domain homology among TSH, LH/CG and FSH receptors 35-45%
  • Transmembrane domain 70-75% homologous with LH/CG and FSH receptors (only 20-25% homologous with other members of G protein-coupled receptor family)
