Please try to use the following methods, in the order listed, to reach the faculty members.
- Send an e-mail to the specific faculty member or post a question in the appropriate section on the PMPR 652 Webboard.
- Fax the question to the specific faculty member using the Department of Pharmacy Practice Fax number (FAX # 312-996-0379). The fax message should indicate the course number who should answer the question, and a FAX number to which the answer can be sent.
- Leave a message at the Department of Pharmacy Practice office (telephone # 312-996-6300) for the specific faculty member. The phone message should include the course number (PMPR 652), the name of the faculty member who should answer the question, and a telephone number where the faculty member can call you back.
