Psych 100 Discussion Section Switch Form

This form is to be used when a student cannot make his or her regular discussion section, and would like to attend another.  This form is valid for one switch only, and the alternate discussion section must be for the same topic as the missed discussion section (i.e. must take place within the same week) The form should be left with the alternate T.A., who will take care of returning it to the regular T.A.
