Post-doc Position
Post-doctoral position is currently available for a collaborative project in bioinformatics and cancer biology. The successful applicant will work in our lab and in the group of Dr. Nuria Lopez-Bigas at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona (for the list of publications, see http://bg.upf.edu/group/papers.php). The project will include integrative studies on epigenetic regulatory programs in cancer and their correlation with patient prognosis and will be done in close collaboration between the two labs.
