The Craniofacial Center is located on The University of Illinois Medical Center campus just west of downtown Chicago.

The Center is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible. It is convenient to reach by public transportation or car and discount parking is available directly across the street or ½ block south.
Chicago is served by both Midway and O’Hare Airports. Rental car, taxicab, bus and public rail transportation is available from either airport.

| From the north: | Take I-90/94 (Kennedy Expressway) to I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway) |
| From the south: | take I-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) to I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway) |
| From the west: | take I-290 East (Eisenhower Expressway) Take the Eisenhower Expressway Exit 28B (Ashland/Paulina). Turn south on Ashland Avenue to Polk Street. Turn right onto Polk. Turn left onto Paulina. The main entrance to The Craniofacial Center is on the left side of the street. |
| Discount Parking: | Discounted indoor patient parking is available in the parking structure just south of The Craniofacial Center at the corner of Paulina and Taylor Streets. The entrance is on Paulina just north of Taylor Street. This garage has an attendant on duty 24 hours a day. Discounted parking is also available in the lot across from the entrance to The Craniofacial Center on the southwest corner of Polk and Paulina. |
| Discount Validation: | Have your parking ticket validated at the information center to obtain the discount upon departure from the parking facility. |
