Heart Failure


Program Description:  The overall goal of the training program in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology is to train fellows to demonstrate competence in the practice of health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, care, and treatment of patients of each gender, from adolescence to old age, during health and all stages of illness.  In addition they will demonstrate competence in prevention education, evaluation, and management of inpatients/outpatients and competence in heart failure evaluation.
