Clinical Conferences - Mondays from 7:30-8:30 a.m.
A weekly Clinicopathological Correlation Conference is coordinated by Dr. Russell Brown. This conference is attended by the entire GI faculty and staff, and by members of the Departments of Surgery, Pathology and Radiology.

Target medical disciplines:
Gastroenterologists, General and GI surgeons and Internists
Purpose: The purpose of the Clinicopathological Correlation Conference is to provide a weekly forum for the illustrative presentation and interpretation of differential diagnosis and diagnostic approaches to interesting and/or unusual cases involving the digestive tract.
Objectives:
• Describe a rational differential diagnosis and diagnostic approach to important clinical problems seen commonly in a gastrointestinal practice.
• Illustrate a rational therapeutic approach to important clinical problems seen commonly in a gastrointestinal consultation practice.
• List the indications and contraindications to common gastrointestinal procedures including endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endoscopic ultrasound and surgery.
