Welcome to the Section of Geriatrics Health Care for Older Adults
We offer a comprehensive outpatient geriatric assessment for individuals 65 or older. Our staff has expertise in all aspects of geriatrics, to insure a complete assessment of medical, physical, and psychosocial needs.
We gladly accept self-referrals as well as patient referrals from physicians or other health care professionals.
We will arrange an appointment, and promptly provide the referring physician with a written report of consultation.
Often an illness or problem in an elderly person can lead to loss of independence, but specialized geriatrics expertise can provide proper diagnosis and treatment that can improve overall quality of life.
The Outpatient Geriatric Assessment Program meets Medicare guidelines.
