We offer a comprehensive outpatient geriatric
assessment for individuals 65 or older. Our staff has expertise in all
aspects of geriatrics, to insure a complete assessment of medical, physical,
and psychosocial needs.
We gladly accept self-referrals as well as patient referrals from physicians or other health care professionals. We will arrange an appointment, and promptly provide the referring physician with a written report of consultation. |
