Current Academic and/or Research Activities:
Dr. Riddle's research involves developing curricula and instructional
methods for improving the quality of teaching and learning in health professions
education.
An important component of developing programs and materials is demonstrating
their impact through program evaluation and assessment of learning outcomes.
She is currently working on projects to improve assessment skills of clinical
faculty and to improve teaching skills of ambulatory clinical preceptors. She
also participate in teaching skills programs for resident physicians.
