Found Unresponsive

The patient is a 32 year old female who is found unresponsive at home by family members.

Social history=Non-Smoker.

Family History= No cardiac deaths

Medical History=Depression

• Physical Exam:
• General: Patient unresponsive, withdraws from painful stimulus.
• Vitals: P 140, BP- 80/40, RR=6 T=101.2
• Eyes: Pupils 6mm, equal, NC/AT.
• Lungs: Clear Bilaterally, Shallow respiratory effort.
• Heart: Tachycardic, RRR, No Murmurs Thready peripheral pulses.
• Abd: Soft, Non-Tender, BS+
• Neuro: Moves all 4 extremeties to deep pain.
• Skin: Flushed, no needle tracks.
• ECG- Wide complex tachycardia, no ectopy.
• CXR-Normal
