Found Unresponsive
The patient is a 32 year old female who is found unresponsive
at home by family members.
Social history=Non-Smoker.
Family History= No cardiac deaths
Medical History=Depression
- Physical Exam:
- General: Patient unresponsive, withdraws from painful
stimulus.
- Vitals: P 140, BP- 80/40, RR=6 T=101.2
- Eyes: Pupils 6mm, equal, NC/AT.
- Lungs: Clear Bilaterally, Shallow respiratory effort.
- Heart: Tachycardic, RRR, No Murmurs Thready peripheral
pulses.
- Abd: Soft, Non-Tender, BS+
- Neuro: Moves all 4 extremeties to deep pain.
- Skin: Flushed, no needle tracks.
ECG- Wide complex tachycardia, no
ectopy.
CXR-Normal
