Your website is excellent. But, I've been unsucces- ful in finding, here, any cases of urban pesticide poisoning in an individual via an OP, for example, sprayed on wood products in a warehouse before delivery to a household. Oc-Docs & Tox-Docs are so concerned about farmers, pesticide applicators & pesticide manufacturing workers. Lone urban vicitims of unlabeled "OP-treated" products are falling thru the medical cracks. ToxWeb@aol.com

Working in the emergency care field (RN), found your website very informative. The "question & contro- versial issues" format of presentation thought- provoking and great concept.
Would like to see info. on chronic ASA poisoning... patient presentation classic- but usually complex unless history of asa-abuse known.
Will visit your site regularly!
Great to see Toxikon is still going strong. I have fond memories of moth ball studies in a small Chicago apartment.

I'd like to request an attitude against an IP server. The account owner is giving my fone number and name by e-mail to free newspaper's classifieds. Since then I've been receiving a huge number of calls all day long. This is driving me insane and I called the newspaper and they gave me the adress of the sender: gisele_sanches@yahoo.com . I'm asking you, please, to cancel this account for the misusage of it in order to cause me problems. My name is Roberta Awazu Nunes and the newspaper is called primeiramao from Brazil. If you want to check out, The ad sales a car and the phone they give for contact me is 818-5455. This newspaper receives ads by it's e-mail (I don't know the adress). Thank you for your attention

I an researching household toxins and the implicatons of chemical polution in the home. This is very informative site and I appriciate the links.
About 1 1/2 years ago, I believe I was poisioned/drugged. White male, Age 40, Professional White Collar.
Here are symptoms as best as I can recall.
1) Very difficult time thinking clearly like on a drug, symptoms persisted for several months, but declined in severity after 1st month. 2) Went to doctor, but did not request toxin check. Blood test were performed, but I do not know if routine blood check will determine if a toxin or drugs had been ingested. As I recall, high Chlorine and Iodine levels. Iodine was attributed to Thyroide. I wonder about this. 3) Inside of mouth became very smooth, after 60 days of onset of symptoms, now that is back to normal. 4) Time frame for entire thing (about 90 days). Although I still feel somwhat disorientated to this day from the experience.
Are there any toxins that could cause above symptoms? Wish I could give more Info, but this is all I can give. Should I have another blood test and compare the results to the first test?
Is there anyone to call and ask questions?
Signed: wk

Not always you know the poison; you may observe a rare clinical sympotom and wonder if that has been known and thus you urgently need an answer. I suggest creation of a website sorted by symptoms, leading to possible causes (poisons) via cross-clicking on several symptoms that might suggest a rare intoxication.
i liked the virtual cases!
