Dr. Duffy will discuss pricing during individual consultation. Injections are customized to individual patient needs and concerns and thus prices may vary between patients.

Cosmetic injections are not covered by insurance and are fee for service.

Medical conditions may be covered by insurance, contact your insurance provider or our office will try to obtain preapproval.

The UIC Medical Care Assistance Plan flexible spending account can be used to pay for this procedure provided the reason for treatment is medically necessary and not cosmetic.
A letter from the doctor is required and must state that the procedure was medical and not cosmetic.
