Starting with early childhood, regular eye exams are critical to maintaining good vision and identifying any vision problems in their developing stages. Children should have theirs eyes examined at least every two years. Adults with no history of vision problems should have their eyes examined at least every four years; those with vision problems should follow the advice of an eye doctor.
