Orientation

5.1 Matriculation
A. Each resident will be considered as enrolled based on the starting date of the Resident Agreement.
B. If a Resident is unable to begin his/her Agreement on the commencement date included therein due to his/her failure to meet all the preconditions stated therein, and said preconditions have not been waived as set forth in Section IV of the Resident Agreement, that Agreement will become null and void.  If requested by the Program Director, a new Agreement will issue when the Resident has provided documentation that all the preconditions have been met.  The new Agreement will reflect a later commencement date, which date shall also serve as the date of matriculation into the program.

B. Institution/Department
