2nd Annual Resident Fundraiser Golf Outing

The Surgical Residency Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago announces the Second Annual Golf Outing.

Proceeds from the event will go to benefit Resident education.      

When: Friday, August 20th                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Check-in: 11:00 a.m.
Lunch Buffet:  Noon
Tee time: 1:00 p.m.

Entry Fee: Individual $225 - Foursome $800 - Hole sponsorship available for $1000
