1. Click on the choice, Submit a new announcement,

2. Enter your announcement headline and text,

3. Pick the groups you want to receive the announcement, and then

4. Submit the form according to the directions.

You can reach thousands of people with this system, and it keeps your announcement up on the UIC calendar.

Academy@listserv.uic.edu reaches less than 800 persons, but should be used as well.
